Brownstone Academy offers on-line courses specializing in history

through literature and SAT essay preparation. Classes are limited to

ten students and personally directed by an experienced instructor.

Quality literature is read and discussed between the students and the

instructor. The curriculum is designed to make history come alive.

Students learn to think critically about the past, tie events to the present,

and communicate effectively through writing. Brownstone creates an

engaging atmosphere where the free exchange of ideas can take place.
